Parma, 14 gennaio 2024 – È cominciata ufficialmente la preparazione della prima squadra e noi abbiamo deciso di fare qualche domanda all’Head coach Brian Michitti, impegnato nei mesi scorsi anche con la giovanile Under18. Abbiamo infatti deciso di partire da una domanda sui più giovani per poi passare alla prossima stagione.
Un commento sulla stagione dell’Under18
«I giocatori sono stati allenati da uno staff estremamente qualificato e i risultati lo hanno mostrato. I progressi che i nostri allenatori hanno fatto con i ragazzi hanno portato a questo grande risultato. Inoltre, dobbiamo davvero essere grati per il livello di maturità e la capacità di gestire le avversità dei nostri giocatori. Credo che possiamo ringraziare i genitori e l’intera organizzazione per averci sempre dato grandi giovani con cui lavorare».
Cosa ti aspetti per la prossima stagione?
«Non vediamo l’ora di affrontare le sfide della prossima stagione IFL. Come ogni anno, è una nuova stagione e dovremo ridefinire l’identità dei Panthers nel 2024, ma ho molta fiducia nel nostro staff tecnico e nei nostri ragazzi per adattarci a qualsiasi cosa incontreremo»
Un commento sulla CEFL?
«La competizione internazionale è un ottimo modo per i Panthers di mostrare i propri progressi anno dopo anno. Siamo cresciuti molto dalla fine della CEFL la scorsa stagione grazie ai rinforzi nel nostro staff tecnico e all’aggiunta di alcuni grandi giocatori al nostro roster. Le nostre aspettative sono alte per il risultato di questa stagione CEFL»
Non vediamo l’ora di vedere di nuovo in campo i Campioni d’Italia pronti a difendere il titolo. Nel frattempo, scopriremo insieme nelle prossime settimane le novità per questa stagione.

Parma, January 14th, 2024 – The season for the first team has officially begun and we have decided to ask a few questions to the Head coach Brian Michitti, also engaged in recent months with the Under18. We decided to start with a question about the youngest and then move on to next season.
A comment about the u18 season?
«The players were coached by an extremely qualified staff and the results show. The progress that our coaches made with the guys is seen in a great result. As well, we must really be thankful for the level of maturity and ability to handle adversity from our players. I believe we can thank the parents and entire organization for continuously handing us great young men to work with».
What are you expecting for the next season?
«We are looking forward to the challenges of the next IFL season. As every year, it is a new season and we will have to re-define the identity of the Panthers in 2024, but I have a lot of confidence in our coaching staff and our guys to adapt to whatever we encounter».
What about CEFL?
«The international competition is a great way for the Panthers to showcase our progress year on year. We have grown a lot since the end of the CEFL last season along with bolstering our coaching staff and added some great players to our roster. Our expectations are high for the outcome of this CEFL season».
We can’t wait to see the Champions of Italy ready to defend the title. In the meantime, we will discover together what news they will have for this new season.
