Lions: confermato coach Rita, Ron Smeltzer nuovo OL coach

Lions Bergamo ASD comunica di aver trovato l’accordo con Coach Adam Rita anche per la stagione 2019.

Il Coach canadese sarà quindi alla guida dei Leoni per la terza stagione consecutiva con l’obbiettivo di riportare il team orobico ai playoff.

La volontà di Coach Rita è stata alla base di un rinnovo a cui la società auspicava per poter continuare il percorso di crescita e rinnovamento che proprio insieme al coach Canadese è iniziato nel 2017 e che mira non solo a riportare i Leoni nell’elite del Football italiano ed europeo ma soprattutto a sviluppare l’organizzazione ad ogni livello.

Insieme a Coach Rita arriverà Ron Smeltzer, coach di grande esperienza e che ha già lavorato con l’HC dei Lions ai tempi della CFL, che si occuperà della OL nero-oro.

Smeltzer arriva a Bergamo per sostituire Coach Casciani e portate ulteriore qualità ed esperienza ad un coaching staff che negli ultimi anni ha ben lavorato sviluppando i tanti giovani delle giovanili bergamasche che sono diventati oggi punti fermi del senior team.
